Appreciate the great customer experience from Lucas. He was throughly a joy to work with. He explained the repairs and kept me updated on the status. I'm really impressed (nice printout of results) and very thankful! Definitely recommend using these guys 👌🥳

The guy who helped me at the start was amazing. said it would be about a hour for them to get me in to balance my tires. A hour later I come back and talk to a girl named Rachel. I then informed her I was told to come back in a hour for a balance appointment, and she quickly told me “No that can’t happen today due to a emergency flat repair” even thought I was told to come back in a hour, and that’s all i was told before she walked away and didn’t help me again. Standing there for 5 minutes, I decided to leave and go to Discount Tire.

I drove home from work with very bad front breaks. I called at 5:30 PM, and they told me to come in and check them for me . It was almost closing time for them, but they took me in. I really appreciated that and put me to ease. Although my bill was over $500 It was worth it.

Was a great experience overall. The clerk was able to get me in the shop and on the road sooner than expected. He made it clear what was happening with the vehicle. Then they also fixed the problem my dealership caused. I'd recommend their service, as they were fast and friendly.

A couple months ago, I took my 2011 GMC Acadia in to get new tires. Of course I got hit with other issues that needed to be fixed. I let some of the repairs go through, then they hit me with a rack and pinion to end it all, and I stopped there. Months prior I had my tie rods replaced by another mechanic who stated that the rack and pinion was fine. I was told that if I didn't get the rack and pinion, I wouldn't pass inspection, as inspection time was fast approaching. I took my truck to Firestone, in Liberty, Mo wherever it passed with no issues. So, you were going to try and put me on the hook for well over an extra grand? I think that's horrible service, not to mention the other comments here. I will tell you, Firestone earned my service that day, they were considerate, honest and prompt. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need, I think you should be ashamed of what you put your customers through
